Graduate Development Programme

Costain's Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides a three year structured and systematic programme of learning activities.

The objectives of this Programme are to provide graduate staff with the:

- Knowledge and understanding of our business and industry in order to enable you to become an active member of the Costain culture and organisation.

- Specialist skills to support you in the performance of your work and enable you to achieve your business objectives

- Framework for continuous professional and career development.

Each graduate agrees their individual Personal Development Plan with their line manager and one of our training specialists. This Plan will detail the training activities to be undertaken during each year.
