The Mechanical and Electrical building services supply chain partnership with Bailey, Lorne Stewart and Shepherd Engineering Services, has been developed as part of Costain's "Partners for Progress"(PfP) collaboration, set up to develop strategic and close working relationships with key building services organisations, the aim of which will ensure Costain focus on delivering outstanding quality and value on all projects in the key target sectors of Health, Education, Retail and Commercial.

The Partners for Progress approach brings significant benefits to both Costain and our Clients, through strong relationships and communication routes, the partnership will deliver coordinated working practices and processes with increased delivery performance. Knowledge and best practices are combined to the benefit of all, with proactive risk management principals and collaborative management implemented throughout all projects.
