As part of Costain’s commitment to developing integrated strategic relationships within the supply chain (PfP), work is underway to form partnerships within the Envelope & Facade industry; this is being lead by Rob Hatton. Recognising that creating these relationships founded on specialist knowledge, skills and resources of all members of our supply chain will deliver exceptional business benefits for all parties, we are working towards developing closer ties with a key number of subcontractors.

Following on from the above is the selection of partners for aluminium curtain walling and windows. This will also involve the investigation of the various aluminium system suppliers to establish the benefits of a single or dual supply agreement for these systems as well as the fabricators and installers. Work is also well under way with this initiative.
