Costain Highways Sector has a mature, developed supply chain. As part of Costain’s commitment to developing integrated strategic relationships within the supply chain (PfP), work is underway to form even stronger partnerships within the Highways industry. Recognising that creating these relationships founded on specialist knowledge, skills and resources of all members of our supply chain will deliver exceptional business benefits for all parties, we are working towards developing closer ties with a key number of subcontractors.

Costain have long standing partnerships with contractors for Earthworks, Structural Steelwork and Surfacing. We are currently integrating these relationships with the Partners for Progress initiative and extending the scheme across more trades and Suppliers, such as Traffic Management, Piling, and Design Consultants.

Costain are also improving our relationships with our Preferred Suppliers to ensure we have a dependable, high quality, best value Highways supply chain across all trades and regions.
