How we manage and develop you is vital to our future. Our focus is to continually improve the service we provide to our customers. We provide this service through the skills of our people and consequently Costain Group invests over £2.4 million annually in developing our staff. Our objective is to be number one for skills and development within our sectors. We will achieve this partly through our approach that delivers results at a National level and for every individual who works for Costain. At a national level our commitment to the ‘Leitch pledge’ is implemented through our ‘National Skills Academy’ model working with our customers and partners including Construction Skills and Job centre Plus.
