Our objective is to be number one for skills and development within our sectors. We will achieve this partly through our approach that delivers results at a National level and for every individual who works for Costain.

At a national level our commitment to the ‘Leitch pledge’ is implemented through our ‘National Skills Academy’ model working with our customers and partners including Construction Skills and Job centre Plus.

At an individual level we encourage everyone in Costain to have their own ‘Personal Skills and Development Plan’ and promote a culture of personal ownership focused around developing strengths and talents.
