Leadership and Management

Our leadership and management development programmes start with a series of one day intermediate programmes on subjects such as communication, team dynamics and performance management. We offer two day programmes such as Advanced Negotiation, Recruitment and Induction and three day programmes such as Leading Change.

Our Senior Leadership Programme focuses on values based leadership, ethics and authenticity.

The Executive Development Programme (EDP) is aimed at developing the immediate successors to the Executive Board. The programme is run in conjunction with a renowned business school and linked to the Institute of Directors.
