Costain is a growing business and we need the best people. Retention and recruitment impact on our ability to deliver for our customers, our return on our training investment and skills, and knowledge and experience in the business. We have overhauled our recruitment policy, guidance and procedures and focused on resource planning. Manpower plans are mandatory at tender stage and going forward will be required within the Customer account plans.
