Our Costain Awards have been a huge success in recognising performance within Costain, and have been the opportunity for the Company to say thank you to the people who make Costain such a great place to work.

There have been recent improvements in our reward package with site allowances, childcare vouchers; permanent disability insurance for all; online medicals and wider car choice whilst ensuring basic salary levels remain at upper quartile level for upper quartile performance. We have issued benefit statements and introduced online reward statements so our people can see and understand the value of working with Costain.
