Communication

We have established professional communities and forums, from Project Managers to Personal Assistants, to encourage people to network, discuss best practice and share knowledge across the company.

We have an elected staff consultative committee, providing employees with the opportunity to take part in the decision making process. Staff representatives and senior management get together to discuss matters of mutual interest, such as issues facing the business and suggestions for performance improvements.

Two-way communication is delivered through team briefings, roadshows, our news service and CEO briefings. We run an annual employee engagement survey each summer, and use the views of our people to identify key drivers and stimulate our people strategy.
