Technical Development

The Costain group development programme for technical excellence begins with our Induction programme where we introduce new starters to Costain to the internal systems of the Group and to our Implementing Best Practice (IBP) processes.

Our people can build on this induction process by accessing a wide range of technical provision from our Practical Skills Training designed to ensure the best quality is delivered on site through to our internal systems trainers who work with staff to maximise the utilisation of our internal systems. Also included in the programme are development of planning and programming skills, design management, 3D modelling and risk and opportunity management.
